The leader then asks each participant to reach across the center of the circle with their left hand and grasp the hand of another participant, then raise their right hand to grasp the hand of another (but different) participant who is also standing on the opposite side of the circle. However, you cannot take your neighbor’s hand. This is where the fun begins! The children have to untangle themselves without opening their arms to eventually form the correct circle again. You can also set a time limit and make the game more difficult. The point is that the children will have to negotiate with each other and come to an agreement on the strategy and tactics for solving this task.
“Balloon Race” Game
Have you ever heard of this game? It is amazing and promotes good activity. It can be played both indoors and outdoors. All children should be divided into pairs. Each pair will have to hold an inflated balloon on their backs and run to the finish line on command. The pair that reaches the finish line first wins the game.
“Touch and Feel” Game
Find a shoebox or any box that has a lid on it. Cut a hole in one side of the box – just big enough for your child to put their hand through. If you want, be more creative and decorate the box with zips and question marks. When you are ready to play, put an object inside the box and let the children guess what it is. They can ask questions about the object if they need to, or you can offer hints.
